AFFILIATE MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY
Memolink's affiliate network, CPA Storm, is one of the company's fastest growing divisions. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for recruitment of new affiliates and driving the overall sales for this group. This person will manage the day-to-day communications with our third party affiliate partners and report to the Director of Affiliate Management.
RESPONSIBILITES
Help manage the growth and development of CPA Storm's distribution channel in the following capacities:
- Maintain strong relationships with all publishers, while developing strategies for acquiring new top-tier partnerships.
- Direct internal online creative development to be used by affiliates.
- Manage the email distribution channel profitability and modify the marketing and pricing strategy as needed.
- Acquire keen knowledge of online advertising trends in affiliate marketing.
- Develop strong working relationships with affiliates based on daily contact via phone, email, etc.
- Identify and implement initiatives that enhance the affiliate productivity, exploit new growth opportunities, and optimize ROI.
- Track and analyze metrics to evaluate affiliates' performance.
- Responsible for monthly reconciliation of media partner invoices against actual campaign delivery.
- Forecast monthly sales goals and objectives and ensure they are met and exceeded.
- Track and analyze all performance marketing campaigns, including report management.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze and negotiate deals.
- Must be results-oriented and possess an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a demanding, fast-paced work environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate data to enhance decision-making required
- Bachelors degree is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are a must.
- Self motivation and a results-driven personality
- A high degree of attention to details and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in parallel to meet deadlines.
- Affiliate and/or email marketing experience a plus.
- Understanding of all online advertising channels, including email, search marketing and banner advertising a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel proficiency.
- HTML skills are a plus.

PRODUCT MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Memolink Email Product.
- Analyze metrics and earned revenue from email marketing efforts.
- Prepare product performance reports on a monthly basis and presentations on a quarterly basis.
- Track, analyze and report the influence of email on customer lifetime value.
- Track, analyze and report the influence of email on customer retention.
- Work closely with other product managers to meet overall company goals.
- Prepare an annual budget and establish quarterly goals.
- Monitor and proactively manage Memolink's email reputation and deliverability.
- Oversee the daily deployment of multiple email campaigns.
- Ensure that all outgoing email has correct and working links, images and subject lines, and is CAN-SPAM compliant.
- Manage client relationships.
- Maintain and schedule improvements for Memolink's mailing application and mailing infrastructure settings.
- Develop and sponsor innovative projects related to increasing revenue for the email product.
- Keep pulse of the latest online marketing trends, competitive tactics, and infrastructure and technology.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2 to 5 years experience in email marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with an Email Service Provider (ESP).
- Working knowledge of deliverability challenges and rendering pitfalls, including but not limited to IP reputation, bounce management, list hygiene, and complaint rates.
- Working understanding of CAN-SPAM law and best practices.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Intermediate HTML coding ability.
- Results-oriented, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and managing multiple simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
- Comfortable offering and receiving constructive feedback.
